I’m Giulietta, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For over a decade, I’ve supported people through the messy, real parts of life: intimacy, shame, trauma, and the longing for deeper connection. I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Counseling at Sonoma State University, and my path into therapy began years earlier through volunteer work as a rape crisis counselor and eating disorder prevention educator.

As a therapist, I’ve worked in community mental health, forensic treatment, and private practice, as well as serving as an eating disorder specialist at Kaiser. These experiences deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the many ways people struggle with sex, body image, and relationships. Today, my work focuses on helping people explore desire differences, heal from sexual trauma, rebuild intimacy, and find peace with their bodies and sense of self-worth.

My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and grounded in both evidence-based practices and depth-oriented exploration. I believe therapy should be a place where all parts of you are welcome. I see sex and relationships not as problems to “fix,” but as powerful places where healing, playfulness, and meaning can unfold.

Outside of my work with clients, I find joy in animals, nature, and mythology. I am queer, a highly sensitive person (HSP), and a lifelong learner. I also host a podcast that explores the intersections of psychology, myth, and the human experience. At home, I share life with my husband, our spirited toddler, and our two rescue cats.
