Depth Therapy in California
Life can feel heavy in ways that surface-level fixes just don’t touch. You might be questioning who you are, noticing old patterns that keep repeating, or longing for a deeper sense of meaning. Maybe you’re going through grief, a big life transition, or a shift in your spirituality and need space to sort through what it all means.
Depth therapy is not about quick fixes. It is about slowing down, getting curious, and looking beneath the surface. Together, we explore the roots of your struggles and the stories you carry so you can move toward more clarity, wholeness, and authenticity.

My approach
Depth therapy is about slowing down and making space for the layers of your experience that often get overlooked. I draw from depth psychology, archetypal exploration, and trauma-informed therapy to help you explore the roots of your struggles and the meaning in your stories.
We might look at dreams, myths, or symbols, or use mindfulness and somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body. I also bring a sex-positive, body-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens, so every part of you is welcome here, including your identity, your spirituality, your questions, and your longings.
If you are ready to explore beneath the surface, depth therapy can give you space to slow down, reflect, and connect with yourself in a deeper way. Together, we can look at your questions, your stories, and your hopes, and find new ways of living that feel more real and alive for you.
